Deadlands

Catching Deadlands live at The Meadows in Brooklyn was nothing short of a sonic gut-punch in the best way possible. Frontwoman Kasey Carlson delivered raw, unfiltered energy—she wasn’t just performing, she was connecting, screaming inches from the crowd and living every lyric like it was her last breath. The band’s riffs hit with the force of a piano dropped from a skyscraper, while their choruses somehow stayed stuck in your head long after the amps cooled off. Even after the final breakdown faded, Casey was still there—hanging with fans, laughing, signing, just being real. It wasn’t just a show—it was a full-on communion of heaviness, heart, and unforgettable connection.
